OUR PROCESSES

VAA is a process driven, from initial meetings, to onboarding, to monthly and annual reporting.

We start with an initial meeting to discuss needs of the client. In this meeting we gather information needed to determine the scope and phases needed to successfully implement.

Some clients may need a clean up, while others are up and running and just needing a transition. We will identify the needs with the clients help, develop a scope of work that we all agree on, determine an estimated time for each phase (cleanup, implementation-onboarding, ongoing support) and present to the client for approval before we start.
